Efficient Web Management and Modern Design for a Multi-faceted Campus

For years, the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon (SSMO) in Beaverton have faced the challenge of maintaining multiple websites to represent the various aspects of their campus. This approach led to time-consuming processes when updating news articles or making design changes, as these alterations needed to be replicated across all five sites. Furthermore, the design of these websites was becoming increasingly outdated and lacked efficiency.

Our team was enlisted to revamp the SSMO online presence by not only introducing a modern, mobile-friendly design but also consolidating the five websites into one cohesive platform. To ensure a smooth transition, we proposed executing the project in phases. We worked in tandem with VanNatta Public Relations, to ensure quality content that would tie perfectly with the services they also provide to SSMO.

The first phase laid the foundation for the new, unified website. Moving forward, we will work closely with SSMO to integrate each of the existing websites into the newly designed platform, ultimately streamlining their online presence and simplifying their website management process.
