When the WVEPC Board reached out to us, they were dealing with a hand-written HTML and CSS website that severely limited their editing capabilities and had broken functionality. The board sought a revamped website that would retain their existing member directory and incorporate a comprehensive membership management system.
Our team developed a modern, user-friendly website that enabled members to log in to personal accounts, manage their profiles, pay dues, update billing information, and purchase tickets for monthly meetings. We also implemented an event notification system that automatically informed members of upcoming meetings and ticket purchasing options via email.
In addition to these improvements, we assisted the WVEPC Board in setting up Stripe as a secure online payment gateway, ensuring a seamless and safe transaction process for their members.
