Surveyor Threads

Surveyor Threads had a vision to create an e-commerce website to sell their unique, land surveyor-focused merchandise, including t-shirts, baseball caps, art prints, and accessories. Their goal was to have their designs produced on-demand and shipped directly to customers through a third-party service.

We built a user-friendly WordPress website using the WooCommerce plugin, integrating it with Printful for on-demand production and shipping. By connecting the site to Printful, we enabled Surveyor Threads to focus on their creative designs while ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process for their customers.

To further enhance the customer experience, we implemented a third-party shipment tracking plugin, allowing customers to track their orders and stay informed about delivery times. We also included an FAQ page addressing common questions about merchandise, shipping, and availability. Finally, a dedicated contact page provides customers with a convenient way to reach out to Surveyor Threads for any inquiries.

With their new e-commerce website, Surveyor Threads can now efficiently sell their niche merchandise, manage orders, and cater to their unique audience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
